Terms of Service
• Payment is sent after a watermarked sketch is sent to you.• My art is my intellectual property. Removal of my signature falls under theft and will absolutely not be tolerated.• Once you have purchased an art piece, you are free to use it! However, please provide clear credit.• Please provide at least one visual reference of your character (does not have to be a reference sheet, but must show the necessary appearance details for the piece.)• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. I do not owe the client an explanation should this occur.• I do not offer refunds for art. Please understand this is for my safety and security, to prevent being scammed. I provide multiple WIPS before completing any commission, so if you want any changes made, PLEASE don’t hesitate to ask! I will do everything in my power to ensure my customers are happy with the piece.• I refuse to create content that would in any way support bigotry or discrimination of any kind (race, ethnicity, orientation, religion, ability, sex, etc). Similarly, I refuse to work with anyone of a hateful group. If I find that you participate in these things, or you ask me to draw something along these lines, I will terminate the commission immediately.
This same rule applies to the topic of pedophilia. I will not draw it, nor will I do business with perpetrators of it.• Chargebacks are absolutely not tolerated. They will result in an immediate blacklist, and I will warn other artists of your scamming. Legal action will be taken as necessary.• Commissions will take time, I have a life outside of art so please be patient. I shall notify you if anything comes up that requires the commission to be put back a while.
